How Qinc handles account data, creative inputs, cookies and third-party services.
Information we process
We process your email, password hash and session information for authentication. Creative inputs, profile preferences and generated drafts support generation, history and quota management. Orders include the plan, payment channel, status and submitted payment reference. Feedback may include account details, content and time. Servers and network services may log IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and errors for operation and security.
AI and payment providers
Inputs needed for generation are sent to configured AI providers, which may include OpenRouter, OpenAI and Google and their model providers. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, unauthorized personal information or confidential business material. Payment providers apply their own policies. Blockchain transactions, if used, are public; submitted transaction hashes are associated with your order for review.
Necessary cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in, normally for up to 30 days. Sign out or use browser settings to clear cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.
Advertising
Advertising delivery scripts are currently disabled; site-verification metadata and ads.txt remain. If Google AdSense is enabled later, Google and partners may use cookies based on prior visits to this and other sites to personalize ads. Required regional consent management and supplier disclosures will be configured before activation. You can manage preferences through Google Ad Settings and AboutAds.
Storage and data requests
Account, order and creative records are stored in the service database for service delivery, disputes and applicable legal obligations. History visibility is not an automatic database-deletion schedule. Email support to request access, correction or deletion; we verify account ownership and explain any retention requirements, including transaction records that cannot immediately be removed.
